TOO HAPPY STUDIOS is a newly established artist-led film studio and production facility based at the Glue Factory. As a commitment to fostering and promoting innovative projects at the intersection of film and contemporary art, we have launched an Artist Moving Image Commission in collaboration with Glasgow Short Film Festival and Forest of Black to help early-career Scotland-based artists bring their unique vision to life. All our studio spaces are available for hire. Located in Glasgow City Centre, our facilities are perfect for a wide range of film, TV, and photography shoots, we welcome content creators from across the UK and abroad. Find out more HERE.
The Glue Factory
TOO HAPPY STUDIOS is situated within GLUE FACTORY. At over 2000m², there are few buildings so close to the city centre that have the same scale and variety of spaces, from traditional warehouse spaces to white-walled galleries and a double height ‘Tank Room’ with original glue vats and industrial pipework. Next door to Too Happy Studios there is a large blank canvas production space suitable for rehearsals, prop storage, catering, set builds, as well as location filming and photography. This can be hired alongside the film/photography studio if extra space is required.
